Artisan, the art deco style fine dining restaurant is the latest addition to The Westbury and is headed by Executive Chef and Roux scholar, Andrew Jones.
Artisan provides a unique gastronomic dining experience with dishes such as whole lobe of Vendee foie gras which serves two, medallion of monkfish, guanaja chocolate & butternut squash fondant with bourbon vanilla ice cream.
All can be served with a choice selection of modern or aged wines from our cellar, with our house Sommelier to advise.
The Westbury also offers suites for private functions including The Pine Room, Mount Vernon, The Brighton and The Regency room.
