Séjour dans l'ensemble fort satisfaisant. Personnel d'une grande amabilité. Un petit meuble à tiroir et porte ajouterait de l'espace de rangement. Les lumières dans la chambre devraient être plus vives. Le WI-Fi fonctionne très mal pour ne pas dire est inopérant la plupart de temps. Ceci dit, je reviendrais certainement à cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement, de la qualité de l'accueil, du service, et de la propreté des lieux. |

The breakfast was acceptable but simple: rolls/croissants and coffee/juice. We would normally go across the street and have crepes or bread and coffee at a cafe. |
General comment :
We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the Excelsior to budget travelers. It has large rooms, a pleasant atmosphere and an excellent location. The service was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. |

Votre hotel c\'est très agréable, trés bien situé,les personnes trés agréables, mais ma chambre était prés de l\'ascenceur et on écoutait beaucoup, mais nous sommes eté trés bien. J\'ai dit á une amie qu\'elle peut aller à votre hôtel pour un beau sejour.

It was a perfect hotel in every way. The management worked out a slight glitch when we checked in: altho I had stated that we had 3 people, the reservation showed 2 beds. I never thought that would be a problem because in the US the assumption would be that the married couple would sleep in ONE double bed and the child in the other, SECOND bed but in Europe a double bed is considered to be 2 beds, so....don't allow the computer to make this mistake--the # of people must correspond with the # of beds. The manager was nice and found us a room with a double and a single bed and charged us 15 euro more per night which was agreeable to us. Pas de Probleme!! |
